Experience and Background
Marc D. Daffner is the founding member and Managing Attorney of his firm, with extensive experience handling thousands of legal matters across various jurisdictions. He is a respected member of the legal community, recognized for his trial expertise and commitment to client advocacy. Mr. Daffner serves as a specially-appointed Arbitrator in both the Civil Division of the Court of Common Pleas and the United States District Court, and represents children in complex custody matters as a court-appointed attorney.
An active public servant, Mr. Daffner is in his fifth term as an elected County Committeeman and has run for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. He has earned numerous accolades, including being selected as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” and named one of the Top 100 Criminal Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. A founder of the Western Pennsylvania Defense Attorneys Network, he is dedicated to advancing the defense bar in the region.
