Born and raised in Monroeville, Alabama, Kimberlyn Malone is a seasoned attorney with a strong commitment to justice. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, she is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Alabama.
Kimberlyn’s legal career began as a solo practitioner, where she quickly gained recognition for her dedication to civil rights and criminal defense. Her office, located in the same building as the Huntsville NAACP, became a hub for individuals seeking justice. She was soon appointed to the NAACP Executive Board, where she served for several years, further solidifying her commitment to protecting the rights of others.
Throughout her career, Kimberlyn has worked tirelessly to prevent wrongful convictions, believing that justice should never imprison the innocent. This commitment led her to serve as a prosecutor, ensuring that only the truly guilty were held accountable.
