Carlos Leach is a dedicated attorney with 20 years of experience representing individuals in personal injury and employment law. Before starting his own practice in Orlando, FL, he was a partner at one of the nation’s largest plaintiff firms. His expertise includes cases involving unpaid wages, wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, personal injury, and work-related injuries.

Born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Jackson, MS, Carlos earned his B.S. in Economics from Southern University, where he was a two-time All-American placekicker. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans. He began his career defending employers and insurers before shifting his focus to fighting for individuals, successfully litigating hundreds of cases and securing over $20 million for his clients.

A frequent legal lecturer and media commentator, Carlos is also committed to pro bono work, earning multiple awards for his service to underprivileged citizens. He resides in Orlando with his wife and two children.
