Brett D. Cragun is an experienced litigation attorney with a focus on insurance coverage, bad faith claims, personal injury defense, construction defect disputes, and general liability cases. With over two decades of legal practice, he has successfully represented insurance companies in complex claims, securing favorable settlements through negotiation, mediation, and trial litigation.
His extensive experience includes cases in Utah and Wyoming district courts, as well as appellate advocacy before the Wyoming Supreme Court, Utah Court of Appeals, and Utah Supreme Court.
Before earning his law degree, Brett worked in the insurance industry and maintains a Utah insurance license across multiple areas, including accident and health, casualty, and property title.
