Joseph P. Tunstall III Co-Counsel Attorney*

Joe Tunstall is a highly experienced trial lawyer specializing in catastrophic injury cases, with a strong track record of advocating for seriously injured clients. Having tried over 100 cases in North Carolina Superior Courts, he is known for his courtroom expertise and commitment to securing justice. He frequently speaks at legal conferences across North Carolina and nationwide, educating attorneys on modern trial techniques and insurance coverage strategies.

A native of Eastern North Carolina, Joe remains deeply connected to his roots and is dedicated to representing hard-working individuals. His practice focuses on personal injury, vehicle accidents, and slip-and-fall cases. In collaboration with Susan O’Malley, he also handles workers’ compensation and Social Security disability claims for clients unable to work due to their injuries.

Joe earned a Morehead Scholarship while attending Washington High School and later obtained his B.A. in History from UNC-Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Wake Forest University.
