Attorney Yale Markus, originally from Newark, New Jersey, grew up in its suburbs. He began his academic journey studying pre-med and pre-law before earning his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1993. His legal career focuses on personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, product liability, dog bites, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse, as well as healthcare law. Over a decade ago, Yale returned to education, becoming a board-certified nurse practitioner and nurse, which enhances his legal practice with a strong medical background. As an author and continuing education presenter in both law and medicine, he brings a wealth of expertise to his clients. Yale is dedicated to providing compassionate and diligent service to those he represents. Outside of his legal work, he volunteers in the medical field and enjoys quality time with his family.
