Robert F. Goings,

Robert F. Goings is a distinguished trial attorney known for his dedication to justice, integrity, and hard work. Raised on his family’s farm in Union County, South Carolina, Robert built his legal career on the values instilled in him from an early age. He graduated summa cum laude from Wofford College with a degree in Government and later earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he excelled in Moot Court and legal publishing.

Robert began his career at Collins and Lacy, P.C., gaining extensive courtroom experience representing insurance companies, businesses, and individuals in complex litigation. In 2011, he was recognized as an “Emerging Legal Leader” by South Carolina Lawyers Weekly. He has also served in leadership roles within the South Carolina Bar.

Outside of the courtroom, Robert enjoys cooking authentic Carolina barbecue—fondly known as “Bobby-Q”—and singing at church events and weddings.
