Brian Anderson is an accomplished personal injury attorney with extensive experience in both pre-litigation and litigation practice. A Pittsburgh native, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Point Park University and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. During law school, he worked full-time as a paralegal and law clerk at a personal injury firm while pursuing his degree in Duquesne’s evening division.
Brian gained valuable practical experience by clerking for the Honorable Judge Michael E. McCarthy in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. He was also an active participant in Duquesne’s Wills and Estate clinic, helping low-income individuals with will drafting. After law school, Brian joined a Pittsburgh-based personal injury law firm, where he led many aspects of personal injury practice, from drafting legal documents to conducting depositions and attending mediations. He also handled estate matters, including consultations, will drafting, and representation in estate hearings.
Dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for his clients, Brian is passionate about both the law and his community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring Pittsburgh’s local restaurants and music scene, and supporting his favorite Pittsburgh sports teams.
